Flight Question getting cargo.

hey guys ive looked through all the manuals and cant seem to find how to get things from the ISS Please help
im sorry if this is a stupid question just need HELP please! Meaning Fuel,Oxygen etc

You will need an add-on for that, as the ISS that comes with Orbiter doesn't have cargo. Look for the UCGO compatible version of the ISS (I believe is also UMMU compatible). From there, check the UCGO docs for info on how to spawn cargo.

i mean how can i transfer fuel from iss to my vessel.

Try the fuel mfd on orbithangar. I'm pretty sure it supports the ISS as a fuel source.

ReFuel MFD has been tested in both Orbiter 2006P1 and 2010. It works in 2010P1 as well.

how can i acess this as soon as i download it? what do i do in the vessel

Unzip the zip file into the Orbiter main directory, Open Orbiter and activate it in the modules tab. Run a scenario, turn on the MFD in the ship and select Fuel MFD. I can't remember exactly how to transfer fuel so you might want to read the instructions.
