Hello From Texas

Hello, everyone. Former Orbiter user but have not been active in a long while (health and other issues). I'm looking to get back into Orbiter. Since I live in Texas I would like to have SpaceX's Boca Chica facility (near the site of which my wife and I honeymooned 53 years ago), and the current state of the SLCs SpaceX is using at the Cape. I'd also like to have models of Falcon 9, Falcon Heavy, and Starship/Super Heavy if available. Can anyone recommend a good implementation of those sceneries and models?

Also, is there a manual for Orbiter? I've been out of it for so long I have forgotten how to operate it.

Manual comes with the download (docs folder).
Do a search for Spacex in the dowload section, I think you'll find what your looking for.
