Problem KSC is white

I'm new to this forum, but I decided this would be the best place to get help.

An odd glitch has happened to where KSC is white (I know I'm not the only one), however, I can't find a solution. Also, I don't want to re-install Orbiter since I have a bunch of add-ons on there.

Can I replace the Cape Canaveral's cfg with the default one? Can someone send it to me?

First of all, welcome!

It's not uncommon that another add-on overwrites KSC.
Attached is the clean Cape Canaveral from the Orbiter 2010-P1installation. It is .txt, you should rename if to .cfg after you've downloaded it.
