Why the launch complex (kennedy space center) of the mission sts-124,  isn't aligned whit the land

It's because you are using the high resolution KSC surface tiles. You have to move the launch complex with the scenario editor.

is possible uninstall the high resolution KSC surface tiles.

If you have backupped the original files, yes, otherwise, you have to download a fresh install of orbiter, and copy the required files to your current directory, overwriting the "Hi-res KSC" ones.

I am however quite sure there's a patch for Hi-res KSC, that makes the launch complex stay where it's suposed to.

Yes, there is a patch on Orbithangar:

I have install it but the preblem remains. I'm using the shuttle fleet 4.0.1

I have contacted the autor of the Hi-res KSC add-on and it has said to me

"This misalignment is because David (creator of the shuttle fleet) rejected to adopt his launchpad coordinates with my Hi-res KSC add-on. If you have some editing experience (simple codes in notepad), you would be able to adapt this Fix to your current Shuttle Fleet version"

I'm trying to editing it but I don't have more experience.
