I'm looking for something that you can enter a launch azimuth/altitude of a spacecraft into and it will generate the ground track for it.

I know that the Map/E-Map MFDs can do part of this, but I'm looking for something that I can run without having to launch orbiter.

Orbitron..... However you'll need some hacking around to get the necessary TLE's into it.

Ok - Just gave it a go and it works quite well. I was surprised how easy it was to be honest!

Same here. Having fun moving the ground track backwards and forwards in time.
