After taking off from Cape Canaveral, Florida, evoking memories of sights now only seen in digital archive imagery, a modified XR5 Vanguard gives the historic shuttle Atlantis a piggy-back ride as the two head for a rendezvous with an orbital refueling station before heading here to Brighton Beach. The Brighton Beach Spaceflight Museum will be Atlantis' home for the next 2 years thanks to a contract between BBSM and NASA. Many such programs have been funded by the BBSM in the last few years to allow those who were born and grew up on the lunar stations to see historical craft up close. Native lunar residents would otherwise not get the chance to see such craft in person, as they are unable to withstand long durations in Earth's gravity, which is 6 times stronger than what their bodies are accustomed to.

Can we use it? (or can you submit it on O-H) cause that is a really great looking contrail.

I'll upload it on OHM but that texture is optimized for custom particle emiter in ETS launch vehicle.

It's just... that texture would be great when used with the shuttles SRBs. They are more realistic than the ones I'm using right now anyway

I still use the DGIV. Good solid workhorse. Although D3D9 client might possibly force me to retire it in favor of the XR2.

It seems that in Orbiter like in real life, spacecraft programs have to come to an end someday. Very realistic !
