Request Phobos-Grunt remastered

This add already exists, for 6 years. The mission has been changed since that time, I think the current plans are to launch a Zenit rocket, while there is add on a Soyuz-Fregat. On the other hand, with the current add I see that the next launch date could be for 12 to 13 November 2011.
