I used images of a clean spacecraft for reference, such as this:
So some mission specific details might not be present. It's just like seeing a clean image of the ISS interior, when the modules were put in orbit, or an image taken now, where you have stuff everywhere.
Sure, there could be more details like some cloth/velcro patches, bags, etc, but in my opinion, less is more, so I went for detailed panels and generic clean capsule interior. And remember that the materials have discoloured, so the capsule interior, at the time, has white.
It's an option, of course, but that's the general look I intended.
The same goes for the door. Most of the details you mention in the original textures are in fact a duplication of the window, out of place and projected on the door inside surface. On the original spacecraft, the interior of the door as clean, with a cloth / insulation:
So yes, my version is more generic, but introduces less "noise" or wrong details. It's a matter of personal choice
. Feel free to use whatever texture set you like best, or whatever combination works better for you.
