Request Real world UMMU Base

Dan Steph's Prelude II base is fantastic, but only for a futuristic scenario. I'd love to have a UMMU Base just like Prelude II, but for the real world. Something you could use at Cape Canaveral or Baikonur, and would fit in. Is there already something like this, or can someone make one? Just a Ummu base with an existing building mesh would be fine.
