Question Saturn Aurora Effect

Has anyone or would anyone be willing to make planetary textures that show the electrostatic discharge? Is it even possible? I was searching for Wallpapers and I found one of Saturn that made me think. I also think the description of the darkside of Jupiter from 2001(book) would be cool. I will add the picture I found for those interested or curious as to what I am talking about.
