  A space station based around the S-IV second stage of the Saturn-I launcher.  Serviced by visiting X-20's, or perhaps Apollos. 

 Requires Velcro Rockets.
 Requires Dyna-Soar v1.34 or later for some scenarios.
 Requires AMSO for nearly all other scenarios.

Well, that's harder from a meshing standpoint, at least to the extent that the wet workshop looks like Skylab.

Though I suppose, if you didn't mind the disappearing nozzle, you could use the Become = parameter in Velcro to make an S-IV stage become a Skylab after it was done thrusting....
