I don't get what you mean by "online telescope". I looked on both sites and I only found pictures

I just submitted a job to the one at telescope.org, fairly easy process but you have to create an account.

Nice find george7378.

A robotic telescope, guided by a computer with internet access. You submit a job to the computer and it executes it.

Very nice find! Will definitelly create an account!

My uni has a robotic telescope for finding and tracking asteroids, but I doubt it's publically available. I'll try to find out.

I have found that the www.telescope.org one is a bit slow - I submitted some jobs close to a week ago, and they haven't been executed yet. I think it is because they lost connection with it a couple of days ago, and although connection has now been restored, I can imagine that there is a very large queue of images! It seems to produce the better results though, and has a much larger range of objects to choose.

I've got some more results from the MicroObservatory telescopes though:

Thanks for the link to Worldwide Telescope supersonic! It looks a lot better than Google Sky.

Those look lovely! I haven't had the one back from telescope.org myself either, but I did get a shot of Jupiter from the MicroObservatory.

I think I need to tweak my settings a bit >.>

I got one of Saturn back from Microobservatory over the weekend. It was very similar to Xyon's shot of Jupiter.

Telescope.org haven't replied to me either.

Wow Xyon - that's great! Did you do any editing?

I got some back today (which I submitted on the 17th May). They have been sharpened and adjusted using Paint.NET and the Telescope.org Java tool:

I did tweak it a little with the java tool, just poking about with brightness levels.
