Do you know if there is any autopilot like HCLV MFD for launching rockets into space?

Not really since multi-staged rockets require custom autopilots because of the different guidance targets.

the HCLV MFD for example only remote controls the HCLV autopilot and acts as pure front-end to it.

Indeed. Autopilot has been coded inside HCLV itself - MFD was just using some exposed functions to control it - or rather set up target and light the candle.
