Just to let you know Castor, you only have to make a scenario containing the station in orbit and the general date I'm supposed to launch on. I'll handle the M-II payload integration (and custom payload fairing), launch azimuth, and exact launch time.
Concerning the flight:
-CMG ended up attached at a weird angle. Not sure if ti's supposed to be so.
-Getting to 800km x 800km within +-10km is not possible, since the nonspherical gravity skews it much more over the course.

Did a practice run (with non-spherical gravity turned on), starting with a scenario with these conditions:
-the ISS (with CMG) in a 800 x 800 km orbit
-the Tranzit in a 800 x 200 km orbit, planes already aligned with the ISS
I managed to rendezvous and dock with the station using 206 m/s of delta-v.
Sync orbits with non-spherical gravity isn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. All I needed were small corrections to the DTmin whenever I passed the intercept point.
Due to the constantly fluctuating orbits, the DTmin as well as the intercept point keep fluctuating drastically.
