So far the top truss. I have looked at different designs. I guess I will go by the model.

Soyuz with APAS-89 was supposed to dock with the "Freedom" station and was eventually launched to the "Mir" station as Soyuz TM-16.

the MTFF is different than the SR EOS I am looking to find a pic of the SR EOS

4throck has a Columbus MTFF addon available for download since 2010. Should be still working on O2016 since it is coded as a spacecraft3.dll vessel

At the end of each two truss, there is an alpha joint that allows the rotation of the Truss arm, the arm truss have beta joints for the 4 solar panels

Thanks.so the end by the radiation needs to be be able to rotate 360 degrees and carry the solar panels?
Easy. the coding might be a pain. Getting the solar panel to rotate in one plane is easy but for 2 planes not sure

Remind me: does Orbiter support loops of docking ports, like Modules connected in a ring? I seem to remember a problem with this but it was probably circa Orbiter 2006 era.

Not sure what you mean by loops of docking ports

Not as such. It will only connect to one docking port. But as far as I remember, it also shouldn't cause a problem. One of the ports will just be unoccupied.

I know it will need a dock for the shuttle. But not sure what other structures? I guess maybe use the ISS dock?
The ends with the solar panels should be able to rotate 360 degrees.

In orbit. I need to re texture the radiators and solar panels. I redid the joints by the solar panels.

So what is the difference between the dual keel and space station freedom? Other than that extra part near the dock?

Added the 2 structures at the top.
Not sure about sizes for those modules that connect the parts together. They rectangular or square hatches. It looked like Freedom had a cupola. Not sure about this one?
On the freedom. The docks are just cones. I guess on this they need the docking ring,.... but still cone shape?

Freedom's docking ports on the Dual-Keel concept (1986) were derived from the APAS-75 used during ASTP. The later APAS-89 that was used by the Shuttle was only adopted when Russia joined the project in 1993 iirc

Ok so on the shuttle dock I will use the APAS-75. I guess it will fit the shuttle ODS?
Are there 2 docks? Not sure what should go inside the black ring? I have seen square hatches?
