When using SSRMS, don't press F1, or else, it will crash! Other than that, works fine.

I just discovered this addon! Pad LC39.dll obviously is Gazza`s influenced. He made it with pylon, here it`s in dll. Great thing.
But I think that deflection smokes can be made a little bit more accurate:
1) angle of deflection smoke exhausts is too steep (up), it must be closer to horizontal, at least no more than 10 degrees up. As I understand it was done because particles-textures go down fast and partially are under ground level - where they are visible (Orbiter problem - it does not cut everything below ground level).
But more horizontal direction is more realistic, also difference in timing between SSME and SRB exhaust would be nice.
2) I could not find if there are commands to stop countdown, to move RSS...

What difference? SRB ignites in ~6 seconds after SSME.
 
I did not write correctly, I meant - deflection smoke behind the shuttle (from SRB) should appear 6 seconds later, than in the front (from SSME).
 
need help

The ISS worked fine in the old vertion but not the new one as of yet. I do like the detail but need more senareos to make it more user friendly.

Would be nice to see a CEV launch and dock with this vertion of ISS
 
Im looking forward to using this version of ISS but I cant get scenarios to load. I get the vessel cpp problem and I tried to fix it as the manual says by loading net framework 3.5 to no avail.

I installed all components described as required by the manual. My meshes and modules seemed to be in the right places. My orbiter log is below for the STS-88 scenario. Can anyone help me?

Your log clearly showed you are using orbiter 2010, however this addon was designed for Orbiter 2010 P1.
 
I also wanted to ask how to adapt this LC39 to STS-payloads pack. I put LC39, etc in scenario but shuttle does not launch... pad animations, deflection smokes - that works, but shuttle (it`s also David`s 4.5 shuttle) stays on the pad, although i made almost everything in scenario like in ISS scenarios.
 
I doubt it s possible, you see, LC39 is a passive vessel, it cant do anything with Shuttle. All ignition commands go from STSBAY vessel which is attached to Shuttle.
 
Aaah, I see, thanks, well then I have to attach this shuttle bay to shuttle and rearrange... at least I knowe where dog is buried.

I have some problem with your new Soyuz spacecraft.
I'm using multistage vessel to launch it to orbit and when I try to jettison it I have runtime error similar to this one .

This error is propably related with "local light sources" feature and/or docking lights of Soyuz.


I know that is not your fault and i shoudn't have used multistage but maybe you know how to solve this problem.


BTW thanks for all the effort and time you put into this project.
 
This is a visual treat particularly with the new lighting effects.

I am however having an odd CTD with mission 5 (Zvezda launch). The countdown proceeds normally, I get the flames out of the trench/pit, and when the rocket should lift off the pad, I CTD instead.

I re-flew mission 1, and the Zarya still works, as do the Progress supply missions. So, I just skipped this mission and flew the next one.

I didn't see any problem in the log so I'm puzzled.

I can reproduce the bug on Zvezda launch that PhantomCruiser reported.
