Hi Harvester, I've made a preorder where do I find the 0.14 download link? I can only see the 0.13.2 version for download.

Go to the store page, log in, then click "Profile". There's a download link at the bottom.

Yeah, I find the KSP forums (well, the people who frequent them) to be rather annoying. I guess when you add game-like elements and explosions to something, you tend to attract a less favorable crowd. Orbiter, on the other hand, requires enough intelligence and sticktuitiveness to use that the forums keep themselves relatively clean of bad members, with a few notable exceptions.

I wonder what it would take to add KSP-like features to Orbiter? You could maybe do the VAB as a VC and utilize the click points API to move things around. Of course, there are advantages to having your planet be only a few hundred KM in diameter, but you could do that in Orbiter too with a custom star system... hmmm...

Oh, Nova--speaking of the KSP forums being full of morons, did you see my post in your thread talking about the seams on fairings? It was kind of lost in the noise of people needing moderation, I think...

Yeah, I just saw it. I'll try it eventually, but I'd like to finish up the core of the parts first.

I'm very happy to announce that the 0.14 version of KSP is finally official.

This, being the first non-demo release, is only available through our Store. We have also released a small maintenance update for the demo, that fixes a couple of bugs.

Heh, the KSP server is currently like a fish out of water. Glad I downloaded my copy of 0.14 before the rush! Harv, very nice work, I'm enjoying it considerably.

I'm getting my usual 14-15MB crash. I you were able to get it earlier you would propably be able to get it now. (Which would be a nice test IMHO...).

I haven't had a chance to look at it, but I would guess it looks a bit like Phobos.
