I have incredibly bad luck in Fallout 2:

I guess I should have figured that was too easy.

Don't worry, though. I've got another:

If you're driving a bus, and five people get on at the first stop, and six people get off at the second stop, and twenty people get on at the third stop, and the bus has fifty seats, then what is the favorite color of the person sitting in the tenth row?
FALSE! Aliens can't lick doghouses with pancake wheels!

Why was the Enterprise-B the only ship in range of the Nexus if they were still in the same solar system as Earth, which is the capital of the friggin Federation? There should have been thousands of better equipped ships just waiting to go investigate! Kirk never would have died. The end.

Well, the answer is easy.

1.) You can't treat Earth any more importantly than any other Federation planet - they're supposed to be equal members, so you wouldn't concentrate ships there.
2.) All the "better equipped" science vessels and starships are out in the galaxy where the action is.

Ok....called the school tech support number, not very useful, but it's the convoluted way I had to go to replace my eff'ed up laptop, which had a bad video card, and bad keyboard. That was mid February.

I still have not received the shipping label so I can send the laptop, nor have I gotten a new laptop...

Moral: :censored: tech support!

The better stocked ships couldn't get there before tuesday...
