According to RIA Novosti, heavy fog and icing conditions don't allow using aircraft in the Northern Kazakhstan today. There are no means for transporting TMA-15's crew anywhere from Arkalyk. They will have to stay in a local hotel for tonight instead of planned flight to the Star City where their arrival was anticipated.
The weather also prevents the Soyuz capsule's evacuation from the field.
