I'm sorry if this has been asked or if I've somehow missed it in my searches.
I remember reading something on here a while back (at least a year or two ago) about either an add-on for stations, or a station add-on itself that simulated the depletion of supplies on board, requiring (semi?) regular missions to replenish them. I'm sure this involved UMMU/UCGO in some capacity.
It's possible that this was just a discussion/idea that someone had thrown out there and was looking for advice on how to implement it; I just can't remember.
Is there anything that simulates this? While flying to the ISS or other stations (custom/Skylab1973/etc.) and docking is satisfying in itself, I feel like it would be much more satisfying to actually accomplish a transition of supplies/consumables, etc.
Thanks in advance for any clarification.
