WBN2 - Looks like we are going to next try to shut the unit down from the backup control room (or at least going to mode 3). Not something normally done (last performed here in 1996 with unit 1). When that happens were are going to gang tackle some maintenance issues. Most are related to problems associated with having a unit in layup for 20 years.
All part of the testing process. Depending on what we find we may have to enter mode 4. After we're finished it should be a normal power ascension to 100%. Then we are supposed to do some load swings, more testing with a (hopefully) final test. This being a trip at 100% power. Never a fun day when it happens on it's own, but this is a part of the process, so it's gotta happen.
Commercial power is still a moving target, but we are getting closer and closer.
